What sets The Fattoria Co. apart is transparency and integrity at every step. We source suet directly from trusted, local farmers who raise pastured, grass-fed cattle. We don't cut corners at any step of our production process. Every ingredient that goes into our balms is traceable, thoughtfully chosen, and never diluted with fillers- because you deserve to know exactly what you’re putting on your skin.
In contrast to many tallow balm companies who wet-render their suet, we use a completely dry, low-temp rendering process. This preserves the full spectrum of vitamins and skin-loving nutrients naturally present in the fat, such as vitamins A, D, E, and K and other healthy bacteria. This gentle method keeps the tallow pure yet rich in antioxidants, without the harsh heat or moisture that kills off the very things that make tallow so magical!
